Return Policy for Golf Carts
At Carts Inc., we strive to provide our customers with high-quality golf carts that meet their needs. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy.
Exceptional Returns
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this return policy on a case-by-case basis. If management determines that a return is warranted due to defects or other issues beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or replacement unit at no additional cost to you, subject to inspection and verification of the issue.
Refund Process
If an exception is made under this section, the following process will apply:
- The customer must contact management directly to request approval for a return.
- If approved, the customer must ship the golf cart back to us at their expense using a trackable shipping method.
- Upon receipt of the returned unit, our quality control team will inspect it to determine if it is indeed defective or faulty.
- Once inspected, we will issue a full refund to the customer.
Return and Refund Restrictions
Please note that certain conditions apply to this return policy:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The golf cart must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
- We reserve the right to deny any claim if we determine that the customer has tampered with or modified the unit.
